My career began in the education sector as I trained to be a Nursery teacher working for a private school which the expectations were high and the rewards were great! I then progressed into other educational areas; I became a lecturer, trainer, assessor and then move into the recruitment industry for the last 7 years of my career.

I have trained both nursery teachers and recruitment consultants and also done interview coaching with individuals looking for employment.

I have led and managed my own recruitment business for several years which I sourced high calibre individuals for both sme enterprises and blue chip companies.

So following my extensive career in helping individuals to be the best they can possibly be, it led me to further train and established Excel Coaching.

Throughout my working career I have always been very passionate and thoroughly enjoy helping other individual’s progress in their lives.

It is a natural instinct for me to help individuals; I am self motivated and have a passion for life!

I have always been passionate about my own self development and as a coach I regularly update my own skills to help both my clients and me live life to the full.

I am a fully trained and accredited Personal Performance & Life coach with a diploma from The Coaching Academy the world’s largest coach training provider. Although my coaching practice is based in the Northwest region I do work with clients nationwide and worldwide through telephone coaching.
